If you would then like to go ahead and book it please transfer a deposit of 20% to confirm your booking. We will confirm receipt. Final payment is due one week before arrival.

Some House rules;

Minimum stay is for two nights. Maximum number of guests is 8 people.

Check-in is after 3pm and check-out is by 10am. 

No smoking indoors.

No real candles due to fire risks (we can provide some convincing battery 'candlelight' ones).

If moving furniture in the Studio please do so gently and reposition before departure.

No moving furniture elsewhere.

No amplified music after 9pm.

No dogs upstairs.

Leave studio space tidy.

Report any breakages.
